Operational Excellence Manager, CIP & Process Optimization
Position Summary
The Operations Excellence Manager, CIP & Process Optimization, is responsible for identifying and improving the outcomes of Logistics and operational processes to improve efficiencies, reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:
- Identify and facilitate process improvement projects, training/workshops to drive cultural change
- Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing/business and assembly issues, material flow, project plans, production capacity, facility design and create process documentation
- Carry out advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping, develop budgets and cost analysis to determine project feasibility
- Design, install and capital equipment as it relates to process improvement
- Drive value stream mapping to define "As-Is Analysis" and the transition to Future State
- Develop and conduct compliance assessments, program evaluations and reviews to drive results with the fortitude to ensure change is permanent
Skills & Abilities
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
- Five years’ related management experience
- Communication Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills
- Languages:
- English (reading, writing, verbal), Spanish a plus
- Physical Demands:
- Close vision and distance vision
- May require physical effort associated with using the computer to access information, or occasional standing, walking, lifting needed to carry out everyday activities
- Work Environment:
- Low to moderate noise level in the work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma / Lean Certifications
- E-commerce experience including starting up small to large volume solutions
- Experience in warehouse automation applications (Pick to Light, Automated Sortation, Voice Pick, conveyor design, etc.)

Pay Range
The expected base pay range is $118,000.00 – $150,000.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
