About the Role
The Operational Excellence and Process Manager is responsible for designing and implementing scalable operational systems that help the organization work more efficiently. This role identifies organizational friction and develops clear, practical processes that improve communication, reporting, and knowledge management. The position plays a key role in maintaining operational clarity and helping distributed teams execute effectively without unnecessary complexity.
Responsibilities
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement repeatable solutions across cross-functional workflows.
- Design and optimize internal communication structures, including Slack channels and asynchronous communication practices.
- Establish and maintain reporting, planning, and delivery rhythms that align teams and leadership.
- Create and manage centralized documentation and knowledge management systems.
- Develop clear process standards and workflows for distributed teams.
- Regularly audit existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with teams across the organization to improve operational alignment and execution.
- Introduce lightweight systems that support accountability, visibility, and organizational scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, process management, business operations, or a related field within fast-growing technology environments.
- Proven experience designing and implementing cross-functional processes and communication standards.
- Experience building documentation, knowledge management, and operational systems for distributed teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose operational challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong empathy for cross-functional teams.
- Ability to simplify complex processes and balance structure with organizational flexibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Pay
- Salary range: $120,000–$160,000 USD per year.
