About the role

The Senior Analyst will lead a team in developing After Action Reviews (AARs) for senior training audiences engaged in the training program for Warfighter Exercises. They will support planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of the program, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AAR development for senior training audiences engaged in Warfighter Exercises, Risk Reduction Events, and steady state operations.
  • Oversee the work done for the training programs and solutions delivered for the Army's Warfighter program.
  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, or instrumentation related to Warfighter Exercises, Risk Reduction Events, and steady state operations.
  • Support clients with planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of the training program.
  • Provide strategic, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, and MDMP expertise.

Requirements

  • Experience with the US Military as senior NCO, WO, or officer.
  • Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level, such as Executive Officer, S-3, or Operations Sergeant Major.
  • Experience with Army and Joint regulation and publications.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint software.
  • Clearance: Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Graduate of Military Education Level (MEL) 4, CGSC, Warrant Officer Training, or SGM’s equivalent.

Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
