Operational Accounting Associate

Perform operational accounting activities related to account reconcilement and maintenance. Provide operational accounting support to internal business groups or operations departments to ensure that accounts are managed within account policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review account reconciliations and certifications
• Perform customer account maintenance duties
• Evaluate operational accounting transactions and maintenance of operational accounting controls
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Requirements

• 6+ months of Operational Accounting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Qualifications

• General Ledger experience
• Able to handle a high volume, deadline-driven workload
• Able to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Experience with reconciliation
• Experience with reconciliation platforms such as Common Recon, Intellimatch, and EZ Ops
• Knowledge and experience with system of record applications such as Hogan, SHAW, MSP, AFS, and LIQ
• Prior experience within Consumer or Wholesale Operations

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, between the hours of 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
• Hybrid role: 3 days in office and 2 days remote
