Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. Responsibilities
- Main focal point for the Program to include the Program Office, Customer and Factory teams.
- Works with Supply Chain and specific programs to communicate priorities to factory teams.
- Works with SFFS Supply Chain and procurement teams to develop and execute Dual Source Strategies.
- Manages the programs budgets, quality and schedule to meet programmatic deliverables.
- Assesses issues and leads the team to develop resolutions that meet productivity, affordability, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Provides guidance to identify the need for technical back-up for decision-making to the project team.
- Partners with multiple factories across the country to remove roadblocks and provide leadership support to overcome stops on the manufacturing floor.
- Effectively holds functions accountable to action item closure and drives resolution.
Requirements
- Experience in a Manufacturing setting.
- Excellent communications skills with cross-functional teams and leaders.
- Supply Chain experience/knowledge.
- Manufacturing and Supply data mining and analysis experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Secret Security clearance.
- Technical background (Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Supply Chain/Material Procurement experience/background.
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $103,752 - $176,378. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
