Operating Room RN - Full-time Days

Role: The RN Circulator is a vital member of the perioperative team, responsible for providing individualized, high-quality patient care in the operating room. They collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, coordinate care, and ensure safety and excellence using evidence-based practices aligned with professional standards and organizational models. Responsibilities: Perform the nursing process, deliver patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity, and partner with patients and families. Ensure safe, quality care through effective documentation, teamwork, and communication. Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth. Develop protocols, promote evidence-based practices, and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and safety goals. Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and circulating experience in the OR with 1-2 years of direct patient care. Skills include strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and proficiency with technology. Must be able to work effectively in fast-paced environments and respond to emergencies professionally.
