Responsible for the daily operations of Surgical Services/Operating Room, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care aligned with current standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and facilitate clinical care.
• Collaborate on organizational planning, innovation, and evaluation.
• Support professional development of staff and colleagues.
• Promote research and evidence-based practice integration.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.

Requirements

• BSN or equivalent required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Current RN license; national certification in specialty within one year.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• Minimum of five years nursing experience, including two in clinical hospital leadership.
