Role: Clinical Coordinator RN Operating Room Responsibilities Lead safe and efficient perioperative care in a high-acuity surgical environment.Coordinate OR schedules and patient flow to ensure smooth operations.Provide expert perioperative nursing care to patients.Serve as a resource and support to surgeons, anesthesia providers, and nursing teams.Support staff education, quality initiatives, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.Contribute to a patient-centered, collaborative culture that promotes innovation, health equity, and exceptional surgical experiences for diverse communities.
