Operating Director
About the role
The Operating Director for Fort Lauderdale, FL will lead the branch's growth, supported by a homebase and a network of Operating Directors. This role involves developing and executing a marketing plan, cultivating relationships with referral partners, staffing and scheduling, conducting in-home assessments, and overseeing financial management.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed.
Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
Conduct in-home assessments to build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
Cultivate a culture where the workplace is the best for your territory.
Qualifications and Skills
A proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
Success with meeting sales and business development goals.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff.
