Job Description

The Corporation Geon is an international manufacturer of specialized polymers, tailored services and sensible solutions. For their factory located in the town of St-Remi in Napierville, QC, they are looking for a:

Production Operator / Floor Operator

• Taught and follow procedures: Health & Safety, Environmental, Production, ISO and others
• Positive attitude and team spirit, with a sense of urgency and responsibility
• Able to work with personal protective equipment (mask, Tyvek, cut resistant gloves etc.)
• Document production using computer databases
• Able to work 5 or 7 day shifts, in rotation (day, evening, night) and every other weekend
• Must have a successful high school diploma, Possess a forklift license (an asset)

Qualifications

• French language is mandatory, English language would be an added advantage
• Must be located in Canada and legally able to work in Canada - no exceptions
• Experience in the plastics industry
• Problem solving techniques
• Quantitative skills
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in a process plant
