Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop document composition solutions using OpenText Exstream
- Create and maintain templates for statements, letters, invoices, and other communications
- Integrate Exstream with enterprise systems using Java/J2EE technologies
- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and batch processing applications
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and optimize document generation performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, QA, and DevOps
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and best practices
Required Skills
- Strong experience in OpenText Exstream (Design Manager, Dialogue, Content Author)
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring, and REST APIs
- Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON
- Knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle/SQL Server)
- Experience working in Unix/Linux environments
- Understanding of CCM (Customer Communication Management) tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in banking/insurance domain
- Familiarity with web services (SOAP/REST)
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with application servers (WebLogic/Tomcat)
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
- Insurance industry with Personal lines experience knowledge is preferable
Pay & Benefits
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $96,366 - $150,000. Capgemini provides a comprehensive, non-negotiable benefits package to all regular, full-time employees.
