OpenText Consultant

About the role

Alitek Solutions, the nation’s leading provider of cutting-edge, technology-driven Enterprise Information Management (EIM) solutions, is seeking a skilled OpenText platform integration and implementation Consultant with 5 or more years of experience. In this role, you will partner with business users to deliver OpenText solutions that expand functionality, system capability, and technology ROI. You will collaborate with clients, SMEs, and colleagues to drive successful project execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration design and strategy sessions, applying OpenText knowledge and expertise to produce sound solutions for customers.
• Document business processes and results of business analysis into configuration design specifications.
• Lead configuration consulting efforts with clients.
• Conduct configuration review sessions to verify that all requirements and specifications are valid and functioning as designed within the application.
• Support application configuration test and quality assurance efforts per client requirements.
• Support design and development of data migration and system integration activities.
• Identify and design areas where customizations to OpenText are needed.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of IT or consulting experience.
• Successfully completed at least one full project lifecycle implementation of an OpenText Content Suite and/or OpenText Suite for SAP solution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and administering OpenText Content Suite and/or OpenText Suite for SAP.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems/technology, computer science/systems, engineering/engineering technology, management, software engineering/programming, natural sciences, mathematics, social sciences, or business/finance (preferred).
