Opening Shift Manager (one weekend day a must)

About the role

A McDonald’s Certified Swing Manager oversees daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring the restaurant operates safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with McDonald’s brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Directs crew members, assigns positions, and manages floor operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience across all channels.
• Maintains speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, and hospitality to ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Enforces food safety procedures, proper handwashing, time and temperature controls, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitors and takes corrective action on standards not met.
• Manages labor deployment to support sales volume while controlling costs.
• Monitors waste, completes product counts as required, and protects company assets.
• Trains and coaches crew members on procedures, service behaviors, and brand standards.
• Communicates with the General Manager and other leadership team members regarding shift performance, staffing needs, equipment issues, and customer concerns.
• Documents incidents, resolves guest complaints professionally, and ensures follow-up.

Qualifications

• McDonald’s Certified Swing Manager certification.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong knowledge of McDonald’s brand standards and procedures.
• Experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Pay
