Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ACM-F with specialized technical support in advancing OSINT and HLT capabilities within the foundational layer framework.
  • Support the requirements documentation process by providing subject matter expertise on OSINT operational needs and emerging technologies that can meet them.
  • Aid in identifying and prioritizing OSINT data integration capability requirements across the Army Intelligence Enterprise.
  • Ensure new and emerging OSINT capabilities are developed, managed, and prioritized to meet the evolving needs of the Army Intelligence Enterprise.
  • Integrate OSINT tools and processes into the broader intelligence architecture, enabling effective collection, processing, and dissemination of open-source information across both strategic and tactical operations.
  • Evaluate hardware and software performance, incorporate lessons learned, and provide operational intelligence data to enhance testing and system refinement.
  • Support working groups, assist with change management, and develop or update Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) to align with operational standards and modernization objectives.
  • Play an advisory role in the sustainment and life cycle management of HLT systems, ensuring continuous operational readiness.
  • Provide technical support for the development and implementation of advanced HLT tools that deliver real-time, highly accurate translation services critical to intelligence gathering and analysis in complex, multidomain environments.
  • Ensure OSINT and HLT capabilities remain adaptable, effective, and fully integrated into the foundational layer, directly contributing to the Army’s modernization goals and supporting technological superiority and operational readiness across all echelons.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of OSINT and HLT capabilities, tools, and processes for intelligence systems.
  • A bachelor’s degree and 10-12 years of relevant experience with applicable military/civilian education.
  • An Active TOP SECRET-SCI clearance or Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • A strong understanding of military intelligence systems, C5ISR functions, and capability development processes.
  • Familiarity with DoDIN, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS applications relevant to enterprise-level intelligence integration.
  • Experience with requirements documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional, including creating executive-level briefings, reports, and publications.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational readiness.
  • Strong editing and document development skills, ensuring clarity, logical flow, and compliance with AR 25-50.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on research, capability development, and presentation preparation.
  • Travel up to 30%.
