The Department of Medical Sciences offers an interdisciplinary doctoral degree in Healthcare Leadership, a Master of Science in Physician Assistant (PA) studies, and a graduate certificate in Extreme Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the didactic component of the Physician Assistant Program curriculum
• Ensure the high educational and medical quality of the didactic curriculum
• Participate in all aspects of Program administration
• Participate in all aspects of program accreditation activities, including ongoing program review and the continuous self-study process
• Serve on the admissions committee, including applicant selection
• Assist in maintaining accreditation standards and participating in any activities necessary to maintain Northeastern at the forefront of PA education
• Teach graduate courses
• Engage in scholarly activities
• Participate in departmental, college, and university service
• Academic counseling of students
• Participate in all aspects of Program administration
• Participate in all aspects of program accreditation activities, including ongoing program review and the continuous self-study process
• Serve on the admissions committee, including applicant selection
• Assist in maintaining accreditation standards and participating in any activities necessary to maintain Northeastern at the forefront of PA education
• Teach graduate courses
• Engage in scholarly activities
• Participate in departmental, college, and university service
• Academic counseling of students
