About the role

The Children’s Hospital Colorado (CHCO) is seeking a Fellowship-trained Pediatric Radiologist to join their Pediatric Radiology team in Colorado Springs. The position is primarily based in Colorado Springs but offers remote work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of Pediatric Imaging at the Children’s Hospital in Colorado Springs
• Contribute to Q4 week call, including emergent fluoroscopy coverage after hours and weekend diagnostic reading from home
• Engage in conferences and teaching opportunities as an integral part of the CHCO Pediatric Radiology group
• Opportunity for Medical Director leadership position for candidates with relevant experience or interest

Work Location

This role is eligible to work remotely within the United States. The Colorado Springs hospital is approximately an hour south of Denver, situated along the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Colorado Springs is a growing metropolitan area with a population of 700,000 and consistently ranks among the top places to live according to Money Magazine. Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications at the time of hire. This is an open rank position and could be categorized as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor based on experience and qualifications as discussed during the interview process.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working and collaborating with multiple clinical specialties, knowledge, skills, and abilities in interpretation of pediatric radiology studies, and competency in basic radiology procedures.

Anticipated Pay Range

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as follows:

• Assistant Professor: $470,101 - $526,050
• Associate Professor: $470,101 - $526,050
• Professor: $470,101 - $526,050

Salaries are based on years of experience and are equal across all academic ranks. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
