About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin family- and employee-owned grocer committed to giving back to communities and providing exceptional service and value. They operate over 40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin and are hiring immediately for associates in many stores, including part-time, full-time, temporary, and regular opportunities across departments such as Deli, Grocery, Guest Services, Produce, Wine and Spirits, Bakery, Meat, and Frozen Food & Dairy. Interview event: Friday, September 18, 2:00 PM‑7:00 PM and Saturday, September 19, 10:00 AM‑3:00 PM at Green Bay North Store, 2430 University Ave, Green Bay, WI 54302. Responsibilities

• Deli: cooking and guest service, creating made‑in‑store items, advancement opportunities.
• Grocery: stocking aisles, checking expiration dates, keeping shelves full, guest contact.
• Guest Services: final guest contact, creating lasting impression, handling inquiries.
• Produce: handling fresh produce, creating colorful displays, learning origins and tastes.
• Wine and Spirits: product knowledge, guest interaction, wine pairing advice, bartender‑style service.
• Bakery: baking made‑from‑scratch items, creativity, flavor/shape/color variation, advancement.
• Meat: working with fresh meat products, cutter and guest service roles.
• Frozen Food & Dairy: stocking aisles, checking expiration dates, maintaining full shelves.

Pay

Hourly associates are paid weekly. Part‑time store associates earn a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays. Hourly full‑time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.

Schedule

Associates receive their work schedules two weeks in advance, offering greater predictability and flexibility.
