Open Interviews for CNA, LPN, RN and RAs

About the role

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents daily. You will operate on the front lines ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect, and choices within their lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care
• Report condition changes to RN or LPN
• Chart in POC system
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks

Requirements

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
