About the Role
Campus Security Officers, Warehouse Security Officers and Armed Security Officers Positions are available in Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Suffolk, Virginia.
All Security Positions are Full Time - All SHIFTS AVAILABLE (weekends included)
The pay range for these positions is $16.50 – $20.00 per hour.
Schedule
- Floater: Shifts vary
- First Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM; 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Second Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Third Shift: 5:30 PM - 1:30 AM; 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM; 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM; 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM; 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Requirements
- Must be 18, pass a lifetime background & drug test
- Valid Driver's license for some positions
- High School Diploma or GED
- Security experience preferred
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
- Weekend availability required
- Must have excellent communication skills and be professional
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills
- Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard

Responsibilities
Job Requirements of the Security Officer include but are not limited to:
- Security Officers/Security Guards observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
- Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
- Additional physical requirements of the security officer/guard may include, frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
