What Your Day May Look Like

• Maintain composure during urgent or high-pressure situations with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation
• Secure entrances / exits
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity
• Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations
• Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• 1+ years of experience in customer service and 1+ years of security experience required
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
• Must be able to conduct patrols throughout a shift
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation

Pay & Schedule

Wage: $28.90/Hour. Hiring Event: Wednesday, August 26th, 2026, from 10am-12pm at 509 Olive Way, Suite 505, Seattle, WA 98101. Walk-ins welcome! Bring a physical copy of your updated resume and wear business casual attire.
