Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate food preparation during peak service hours.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to support smooth operations and minimize waste.
• Assist in receiving and storing inventory, including checking for freshness and proper storage.
• Contribute to menu development by sharing creative ideas and feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
