Open Call Positions
- Executive Chef – $100,000–$150,000
- Chef de Cuisine – $80,000–$100,000
- Sous Chef – $70,000–$90,000
- Line Cook – $17–$27 per hour
- Prep Cook – $17–$20 per hour
- Salad Cook – $17–$23 per hour
- Pastry Cook – $17–$24 per hour
- Dishwasher – $17–$18 per hour

The open call will be held at Casa Lever, 390 Park Ave at E 53rd St, New York, NY 10022, on Tuesday, September 15th from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm. When you arrive, please let the host know you are there for the culinary open call.
