Open Banking Analytics Team - Quant Analytics Senior Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with Open Banking Product Owners to understand business needs and deliver actionable data solutions for wires and international payments
• Develop and maintain queries, reports, and dashboards using large database platforms
• Combine and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
• Create and maintain data models, ensuring high data quality and consistency
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, operations, and analytics teams to gather requirements and deliver insights
• Communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear, concise manner to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
• Promote data and analytics best practices within the payments product group

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Bachelor's degree with two years of analytics experience or three years of related technical experience
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Alteryx, SAS, and Python for data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of large-scale databases such as Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, or AWS
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient using MS Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Experience with Tableau and Adobe Analytics
• Exposure to machine learning concepts and applications
