About the role
Responsible for providing counseling services to adoptive families.
Responsibilities
- Counseling adoptive families on adoption-related issues
- Assisting with family building through adoption
- Maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in counseling or social work
- Licensed Social Worker or equivalent certification preferred
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with trauma-informed care
Skills
- Excellent listening and empathy skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of adoption laws and regulations

Pay
$40,000 - $50,000 annually
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
