About the role
The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to children in foster care and their families.
Responsibilities
- Counsel children in foster care and their families
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Experience working with children in foster care
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of child development and psychology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic computer literacy
