OPC Modeling & Simulation Product Engineer
Job Summary
Siemens EDA is seeking an OPC Modeling & Simulation Product Engineer to support the development of enabling RET capabilities for next-generation lithography processes. The role involves developing accurate modeling solutions for patterning processes and simulating those models, providing technical support to customers, and collaborating with product marketing.
Location
The role is based in Wilsonville, OR or Santa Clara, CA.
Qualifications
- MSEE/MS or Ph.D. in Physics, Physical Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering required
- Experience with Unix and Linux OS, TCL, Perl, Python scripting, or C programming desirable
- A good understanding of semiconductor processing and lithography, particularly OPC modeling, OPC setup, lithographic processing, and OPC software development is a plus
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience required
Controlled Technology
This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $109,800 - $197,700 annually.
