About the role
This position is for a Supply Chain Analyst who will be responsible for global forecasts, material requirements planning, production work orders, inventory management, and other supply chain tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain working knowledge of Supply Chain system and capabilities.
- Create and maintain sales forecasts for new and existing products by analyzing historical data.
- Independently analyze Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to determine inventory balance and ordering quantities of existing products.
- Make critical decisions regarding such inventory balances and ordering quantities.
- Maintain MRP files by uploading and/or updating sales forecast files.
- Review and analyze Supply Chain system prompts for production work orders.
- Analyze and maintain inventory balance between production facilities and Distribution facilities.
- Review production schedule to ensure product is produced timely to avert stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and/or services and expedite products when needed.
- Work with Shipping on low inventory and pending order resolution.
- Aid Forecasting & Planning Manager in other forecasting tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
- A natural orientation for continuous improvement and problem solving.

- Sharp organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
