Job Description
The primary responsibilities of the 18-21 Job Coach include:
- Assisting young adults aged 18-21 in developing job readiness skills.
- Matching clients with appropriate employment opportunities based on their interests and abilities.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to help clients secure and maintain employment.
- Conducting assessments to identify individual needs and strengths.
- Collaborating with community partners to expand job opportunities for clients.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as social work, human services, or a related discipline.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
