Job Description

The primary responsibilities of the 18-21 Job Coach include:

• Assisting young adults aged 18-21 in developing job readiness skills.
• Matching clients with appropriate employment opportunities based on their interests and abilities.
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to help clients secure and maintain employment.
• Conducting assessments to identify individual needs and strengths.
• Collaborating with community partners to expand job opportunities for clients.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as social work, human services, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with young adults, preferably in a job training or career development capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
