Onsite Supervisor

About the role

The short version Every morning, a client in Mesquite needs their line fully staffed and running by the time the shift starts. You are the person on the ground who makes that happen.

Responsibilities

• Spend most of your time on the floor, not behind a desk.
• Morning responsibilities include attendance, onboarding new hires, and checking in with associates.
• Handle timecards and keep documentation clean.
• Manage routine tasks and address unexpected issues.
• Loop in Branch Manager for problems above your pay grade.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• An associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• 1 to 2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support (agency experience is a bonus).
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Comfortable talking to various individuals and holding firm lines when necessary.
• Real organization and follow-through skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, plus hands-on experience with an ATS.
• Comfortable conducting phone and in-person interviews with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, with hands-on experience with an ATS.
• Experience conducting phone and in-person interviews with attention to detail.

Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Friday 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
