Onsite Sports Center Coordinator (Doral Isles)

About the role

The Onsite Sports Center Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Sports Center facility and amenities at Doral Isles. The coordinator typically helps keep the sports center clean, welcoming, and ready for residents to use.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and verify access according to community rules
• Explain gym hours, amenities, and posted rules
• Wipe down equipment and clean fitness areas, mats, counters, and restrooms
• Restock towels, wipes, sanitizer, and other supplies
• Inspect equipment and report damage, malfunctions, or safety hazards
• Keep equipment, weights, and shared spaces organized
• Monitor the gym for rule violations and refer concerns to management
• Respond to resident questions and report service requests
• Maintain attendance, incident, and maintenance logs as required
• Open and close the facility, including basic security checks
• Follow the community’s procedures for emergencies and incidents
• Provide general administrative support related to activities as needed

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Wednesday – Sunday; weekend availability required
