Onsite Service Team Lead

About the role

The On-site Service Engineer Team Lead is responsible for directing team activities, establishing local procedures, and performing and supervising preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Directs team daily operational activities
• Provides single point of contact for customer installation qualification issues
• Audits and establishes local operating procedures
• Performs special projects at customer sites
• Maintains records of repairs and maintenance
• Develops and maintains preventive maintenance schedules
• Assists with failure analysis
• Submits information to Edwards technical department for equipment improvements
• Writes weekly/monthly reports
• Ensures 7x24 escalation support for site team
• Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance
• Works collaboratively with supervisor and completes other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Education: AS degree or equivalent in relevant technical field (military equivalent may substitute with HR and supervisory approval)
• Experience: 4+ years' related technical experience or 5 years related industry experience including relevant training and competencies

Qualifications

• Knowledge: Electronic, mechanical, chemical, or gas in the Semiconductor industry preferred
• Skills: Strong proven leadership skills, excellent organization, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and customer service skills
