HUD Compliance & Recertifications
- Manage all aspects of HUD Section 8 compliance.
- Complete annual and interim recertifications in accordance with HUD Handbook 4350.3.
- Verify income, assets, employment, and household composition.
- Process EIV reports and resolve all discrepancies.
- Ensure all resident files remain audit‑ready and compliant.
- Maintain TRACS submissions and resolve transmission errors.
- Monitor resident eligibility and subsidy changes.
- Prepare for Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs) and other regulatory inspections.
