Onsite Medical Representative

The Amazon Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team sets the strategic direction to provide resources, best practices, and safe environments to proactively manage the health and wellbeing of our workforce. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to work closely with the WHS Site Manager, WHS Specialist, and occasionally the Injury Prevention Specialist (IPS). This includes attending weekly associate safety committee meetings, greeting new hires via daily one‑on‑one interaction, and participating in weekly case management review meetings as needed. The OMR will independently assess and administer first aid, offer guidance to Amazon Associates on occupational and non‑occupational injuries or illnesses, refer care to outside medical providers when necessary, and learn about OSHA regulations, risk, and analysis. The role functions as part of the larger onsite team, assisting with all first aid needs and supporting safety operations as required.
