Job Description

Homeside Properties, an Associa company, is seeking an Onsite Community Manager to support a large-scale community in Locust Grove, GA. The ideal candidate will manage all administrative, maintenance, and project aspects to enhance the community's quality of life.

Requirements

• 7+ years of community association experience
• Well-versed in large-scale association management
• Georgia Community Association Manager (CAM) License or Licensed Realtor required
• Knowledge of the Association Board of Directors, community manager companies, and their interfaces with homeowner needs
• Customer service-driven and team-oriented with a consultative approach
• Strong financial acumen, ability to read and interpret financial statements including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Operating Expenses, Reserves, Delinquency Reports, Variance Analysis
• Effective project management skills: prioritizing and managing multiple projects in various stages of completion and communicating with all parties involved
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and conflict resolution techniques
