Responsibilities

• Maintenance and cleaning for the exteriors of 51 buildings.
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance (mid-level handyman experience required).
• Ensure completion of work orders using the work order system.
• Cleaning around clubhouse, restrooms, and pool area.
• Power washing.
• General maintenance, janitorial, and grounds work throughout the Community Associations.
• Periodic inspections of grounds, common area buildings, and structures.
• Advising the supervisor of needed repairs, improvements, and safety issues.
• Experience with Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Cleaning, Gutters, Locks, Plumbing, and Painting is a plus.
• Other work-related tasks as assigned.
