OnSite Dermatology - Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner - Part Time

About the Role

OnSite Dermatology is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with medical dermatology experience to join our mobile practice serving seniors in Lexington, MA area retirement communities and nursing homes. This part-time position (3 days/week) offers the opportunity to step into an established patient base, providing medically oriented dermatology care to a vulnerable underserved population. By diagnosing untreated skin cancers, you will be making a meaningful impact on patients who would otherwise go without dedicated dermatology care.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of a variety of dermatological disorders
• Conduct full-body skin exams, biopsies, cryotherapy, and ED&C

Schedule & Location

• Location: Lexington and surrounding areas
• Typically 2–3 communities per day, grouped by location
• Part-time, 3 days per week
• Daily travel required

Requirements

• 1 year of medical dermatology experience required
• Valid state PA or NP License

Preferred Qualifications

• Geriatric experience a plus
