Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Support Specialist to work in an office setting to support retirees and current employees with pension plan inquiries. This role combines phone-based administrative support and customer service, assisting members by navigating multiple systems to provide accurate benefits information.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls from retirees and employees regarding pension and retirement benefits.
- Research and resolve inquiries using multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
- Accurately document member interactions and update records.
- Provide professional customer service in a call center environment.
- Support new business implementation and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic typing and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Pay and Schedule
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.
- Onsite, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
- Training: 4 weeks of classroom training provided 8:30 AM – 5PM EST.
Requirements
- Reside in states where compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations.
- Pass a criminal background check.
