Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual content for various platforms, including email marketing, social media, websites, and user interfaces.
- Create engaging and visually appealing signage, video content, slide presentations, proposal documents, and collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute design concepts that align with our brand and marketing strategies.
- Ensure all visual content is consistent with our brand guidelines and meets the highest quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our visual content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; or equivalent experience and portfolio.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
- A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience in video production and editing.
- Proficiency in writing basic HTML/CSS.
- Experience using AI tools for design purposes.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
