Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients by answering travel-related questions and providing reservation updates
  • Review booking details for accuracy, including dates, traveler information, and payment timelines
  • Maintain organized client records and documentation
  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Provide follow-up assistance prior to departure and after travel completion
