About the role

The Online Travel Coordination Specialist will manage travel arrangements for clients, including coordinating flights, hotels, and ground transportation. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of client travel bookings, from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Research and select the best travel options based on cost, availability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle cancellations and changes to travel plans in a professional manner.
  • Ensure all travel documents (tickets, passports, visas) are in order and delivered to clients promptly.
  • Keep detailed records of all travel arrangements and communicate status updates to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in travel coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for scheduling and data management.
  • Experience using travel management software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of international travel regulations and visa requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Schedule
