Online STEM Engineer (Canada)

About the role

Rexzone is seeking an Online STEM Engineer to join our team in Canada. This position offers remote work opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain machine learning models using Python and other relevant technologies.
• Conduct data labeling and quality assurance tasks for various datasets.
• Evaluate and improve large language model (LLM) performance through prompt and training data evaluation.
• Implement named entity recognition and computer vision annotation tools as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with reinforcement learning (RL) and human-in-the-loop feedback (HITLF).
• Knowledge of large language model (LLM) evaluation and training data quality assessment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
