Responsibilities

• Accurately selects, scans, and stages online orders using handheld devices, ensuring product quality, freshness, and order completeness.
• Follows substitution guidelines and freshness standards to ensure a positive customer experience, resolving issues with care and urgency.
• Creates an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important, and appreciated to ensure they have a quality shopping experience.
