Rate of pay: Progressive scale from $16.07 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

Responsibilities

• Make lasting connections with customers
• Ensure customers get the best produce, meat, and dairy products available
• Shop customers’ orders and deliver to their cars (may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Help maintain a clean and safe store
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary for department success
• Be a part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled

Physical Requirements

• Frequent (15% of work shift or at least ten repetitions per shift):
  • Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs
  • Pushing/pulling up to 20 force lbs
  • Reaching, standing, and turning
  • Operating scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine
  • Judgement/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, and math
• Occasional (less than 15% of work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per shift):
  • Lifting/carrying over 50 lbs
  • Squatting, stooping/bending, and walking
  • Operating calculator
  • Extended exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces
