Online Sales Consultant - New Home Specialist

About the Role

The primary role of the Online Sales Consultant is to generate leads through compelling, call-to-action website content and to follow up on those leads. Using expert knowledge and sales ability, the consultant will convert leads into appointments and subsequently into sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain realtor relations and promote Dream Finders Homes throughout the community.
• Respond to all phone and internet inquiries expeditiously; convert leads to appointments and schedule prospect appointments.
• Provide varied project and administrative support to the team in the development of marketing and advertising programs/promotions for new and existing communities.
• Meet monthly minimum lead-to-appointment conversion goals.

• Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key business partners.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Two years prior sales experience, preferably in online sales or internet marketing.
• Knowledgeable in the residential homebuilding industry or real estate.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
