Online Sales Consultant

About the role

As an Online Sales Consultant for Ryan Homes, an NVR brand, you’ll be an integral part of the region’s sales team. You’ll serve as the liaison between online leads and the community sales team. Your ability to discover details, build excitement, and schedule qualified appointments with interested prospects will drive incremental sales. You’ll provide a superior level of customer service that creates loyal NVR customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of web leads and prompt follow-up (via phone, email, and text) with your region's online inquiries to help achieve NVR’s sales plans.
• Utilize provided systems and tools to update customer details and preferences.
• Be knowledgeable about all active and upcoming communities to effectively identify the best fit for customers’ needs.
• Pre-qualify and assess customer needs to match them with appropriate NVR communities.
• Remain knowledgeable about product availability and general pricing to clearly communicate with customers.
• Create an exceptional customer experience.
• Set sales appointments for customers with the community-based sales team.
• Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales teams regarding web lead quality and trends identified through follow-up.
• Visit communities periodically to foster collaboration with the sales team and gain insights to improve customer experience and lead conversion.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in lead management or sales.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of lead management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Schedule

This is a 40-hour per week position requiring evening and weekend hours.
