Online Order Filling Team Supervisor
Pay
Hourly wage: $21.50 – $34.50 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.
About the role
Online Order Filling associates focus exclusively on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, verify order accuracy before customer pickup, make appropriate product substitutions, and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
