Online Order Filling Team Supervisor
About the role
Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Location: Walmart Supercenter #469, 3415 Gerstner Memorial Blvd, Lake Charles, LA, 70607, US.
Employment type: Full‑Time.
Responsibilities
- Locate, prepare, and package merchandise for online orders.
- Ensure order accuracy prior to pickup.
- Make appropriate product substitutions.
- Consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Pay
Hourly wage: $19 - $32 per hour (will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
