Pay
Hourly wage: $19 – $32 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.
About the role
Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, verify order accuracy before customer pick-up, make appropriate product substitutions, and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
