Online Order Filling Team Associate

Pay
Hourly wage: $18 - $31 per hour (equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)

About the Role
Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include:
- Locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise
- Ensuring order accuracy prior to pick-up
- Making appropriate product substitutions
- Consulting with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
