Pay

• Hourly wage: $17.50 – $30.50 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the local minimum wage)
• Additional compensation:
  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives
  • Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met

About the role

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, verify order accuracy before customer pickup, make appropriate product substitutions, and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Available shifts: Mid-shift, Closing
• Location: Walmart Supercenter #5628, 19191 N Kelsey St, Monroe, WA 98272
